SASE Construction Ltd was founded in South East London in 2021, but our experience goes back much further.

​

Before starting SASE, Sajmir spent over 20 years working as a lead foreman on major London projects, including the Olympic BMX track, the Velodrome, railway stations, large structural works and high-pressure public spaces. That background shaped the way we work today: properly planned, carefully built, and with no shortcuts.

We bring that same discipline to homes, renovations and smaller projects across London. Whether we are opening up a space, fitting a bathroom, renovating a kitchen or managing a full project, the approach is the same: clean work, clear communication and proper care for the details.

As a family-run team, we take the work personally.

Sajmir stays close to the build on site, while the office side keeps things organised, updated and moving properly.
